Is RCC Sentinel really free with no credit card?

Yes. The Personal plan is free forever and does not require a credit card. It includes all core dashboard features to monitor one Windows VPS node.

Do I need to host a database or central dashboard?

No. RCC Sentinel is served as a fully managed SaaS console. You only install our lightweight PowerShell agent script on the target Windows VPS, and it reports to our secure cloud endpoint.

Is the agent truly open source? Where is the code?

Yes. The Windows agent (monitor_agent.ps1), the installer (install.ps1), and the uninstaller (uninstall.ps1) are plain PowerShell scripts hosted publicly. You can audit every line before running it.

What SMTP providers does the email alert system work with?

Any standard SMTP provider, including Gmail (using App Passwords), Outlook, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES, or your own SMTP mail server supporting TLS on port 587 or SSL on port 465.
